Now you know why the message is addressed to God's
Children this morning! For truly those who love and
worship God are His children, FOR IN HIM WE LIVE AND
MOVE AND HAVE OUR BEING. AS SOME OF YOUR
OWN POETS HAVE SAID, WE ARE HIS OFFSPRING.
( ACTS 17:28 ) Think about that the next time you are
feeling low, or are depressed and worried because of a
problem that you are facing. I'll bet that problem won't
seem so big if you do!
So friend, as a member of God's Great Family,
never feel alone and think that there is no one to turn too,
FOR HE HIMSELF HAS SAID, "I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU
NOR FORSAKE YOU." SO WE MAY BOLDLY SAY "THE
LORD IS MY HELPER; I WILL NOT FEAR. WHAT CAN
MAN DO TO ME?" ( HEBREWS 13:5-6 ) Therefore He will
always be there to love you, and guide you through any
difficulty!
Now as the Prophet David wrote: FOR YOU ARE MY ROCK
AND MY FORTRESS; THEREFORE, FOR YOUR NAME'S
SAKE, LEAD ME AND GUIDE ME. ( PSALM 31:3 ) So,
TRUST IN HIM AT ALL TIMES, YOU PEOPLE; POUR OUT
YOUR HEART BEFORE HIM; GOD IS A REFUGE FOR US.
A refuge indeed! Amen. ( PSALM 62:8 )
FOR I, THE LORD YOUR GOD, WILL HOLD YOUR RIGHT
HAND, SAYING TO YOU, "FEAR NOT, I WILL HELP

We often face troubling times in our lives that
cause us to worry, and lose sleep. As a child of God you
have Him at your side, holding your hand, and guiding
your pathway through those times. For, THE LORD IS
GOOD, A STRONGHOLD IN THE DAY OF TROUBLE;
AND HE KNOWS THOSE WHO TRUST IN HIM.
( NAHUM 1:7 )
He will never abandon HIS Children, throughout
their entire lives. For He is always with us no matter
what we may face, as He further promised: WHEN YOU
PASS THROUGH THE WATERS, I WILL BE WITH YOU;
AND THROUGH THE RIVERS,* THEY SHALL NOT
OVERFLOW YOU. WHEN YOU WALK THROUGH THE
FIRE,* YOU SHALL NOT BE BURNED, NOR SHALL
THE FLAME SCORCH YOU. ( ISAIAH 43:2 )

lives]
Therefore, FEAR NOT, FOR I AM WITH YOU; BE NOT
DISMAYED, FOR I AM YOUR GOD. I WILL

I started in a church that spoke in tongues and now attend a EVFree church that does not openly practice the gifts. However, the Lord has used my current church in launching my ministry and growing my family in the Lord. How does your current church view the gifts? How old is your kids that likes Manga/Anime? I wanted to write to you because of your picture...are you an Anime/Manga fan? My son draws Manga and he and I were just visiting Little Toyko in Los Angeles today. I am a digital artist as well and designer. I grew up in the church but walked away for 10 years or so. I ended up arrested at 13, part of a drug dealing and theft ring at 14, best friends with the lead guitarist of Guns n Roses at 15. At 18 I moved in with the band in Hollywood and man it was dark! I ended up seeing all my friends get hooked on heroin and everything else. At 20 years I met another enemy of my soul...success! I landed a killer job and my life changed but not for the better. God finally did a series of miracles to reach me at 22...exactly 20 years ago this year! Typically, people are posting their answers and insights as responses in the forum under the appropriate unit number (e.g. Unit 3 answers go in the Unit 3 forum). You can also post them in your blog if you think the wider NET audience would like to read them as well.
TheNET chatbox is there mostly as an experiment to see if it is useful to the group members. It's not getting much traffic right now, however, if we had thousands of members instead of 220, I think it would be getting a lot more use. I may use it to broadcast study question/answer sessions at some point.

Thanks for serving our country in the Navy. I was in the Philippines for about 16 years serving the Lord as Bible teacher there. I never did make it to Guam, but I did get to visit Palau which is near there and visited Subic Bay a number of times in Luzon. Did you stop in Subic Bay. I've got a number of friends, relatives that were in the Navy or now retired.
