We obligate ourselves to bring the first fruits of our ground and the firstfruits of all fruit of every tree, year by year, to the house of the LORD
I want to ask you some important questions that every follower of Christ should ask themselves from time to time.
• If every member of your church were just like you, what kind of church would your church be?
• If every member prayed like you pray, what kind of prayer life would your church know?
• If every member served as you serve, what kind of ministry would your church have to hurting and broken people?
• If every member worshipped as you worship, what would the dynamic of your church's worship look like and feel like? If every member witnessed, invited, and encouraged others to come just like you witness, invite, and encourage others to come, what would the outreach of your church look like?
• Lastly, if every church member gave as you give, would your church have buildings to worship and serve our God?
Now, I know that asking people about money is a very touchy thing. When you get close to people's money, people get nervous! But the fact is that every follower of Christ has a duty before God and accountability to one another to be a part of what He is doing in His Church.
And with this accountability comes a commitment of our finances to God. In today's Scripture verse, the people of Israel committed to give God the very best, something we call “sacrifice.”
So I want to ask you today, are you giving God the “first fruits” of everything you have? Are you giving to His Church like He would have you to? Because it takes your sacrifice and stewardship to help the Church successfully and effectively reach others for Christ.

Please pray for my friends little boy Scottie he is 7 and has severe allergies. He went into Denton Regional on Sunday after noon but now was transferred to Cooks Childrens hospital in Fort worth. His breathing is not good he is up and down on the oxygen levels and cannot breathe on his own yet so please pray for him to be able to have his lungs fully healed by the LORD and that he will be able to be released soon. They don’t have medical insurance so they are applying for CHIP so please pray that the LORD also bless them with that to help with all the medical bills. Please pray also that they will be able to find out what causes such severe allergies in him so that he can be healed of that as well. Thank you so much. I know the parents are stressed out, they know the LORD but its still hard having your child in the hospital.

Please know dear sister that God is holding his children in the palm of His hand, and He also holds each one of our tears. We each have a storm to go through in our lives...Praise God through those storms, knowing that He is working for the good of all who love Him.
Heavenly Father,
Please give this prescious daughter of Yours your peace. Please comfort her and give her your courage and strength. In all of this Lord, thank you and Praise You for keeping her safe. We pray this in Jesus prescious name. Amen.
