I do not attend an organized church service, but am a strong believer. Since my divorce, I have a difficult time walking into a church alone. I fear being judged. This is my issue and I openly understand that Christians do not judge, but I still have problems. Being physically alone is very hard, the divorce was a shock to me and his infidelity is still hard for me to reconcile with. We were married for over 25 years, strong Catholic family, raised our children in the church, and then after our last daughter married he began an affair and I felt he was a hypocrite and our life together was a fraud. I have had inner turmoil since 2005. As a Christian, I must forgive, the hurt is still too deep. This is why my oldest daughter sent this site to me. Help me reach out.
