my faith in God

Last monday i went into hospital for a 4th heart op,i was not nervous God was with me.The op went well and God willing this will be the last time i will have to go through this.It is amazing how God keeps me so calm during these op,s.If i dont have to go back in again i am going to get Baptized soon.My life has changed so much this last year,it is all God,s doing.God has taken control of my life I am so gratefull.I love Jesus with all my heart.God bless you all.

May God continue to bless you and thank you for sharing this wonderful testimony to God's goodness in your life. It reminds us again that God is still in control and still listening. Not that we don't already know that , it's just nice to hear it over and over and over again. We can never tire of hearing of the goodness of the Lord.

I am also happy that you are wanting to identify with Christ through baptism. Although baptism doesn't add to our salvation ( that is by grace alone) it helps us identify with Christ and other believers. It is a wonderful thing , especially if your baptized in a church that really supports their brothers and sisters. It kind of like saying that , just as happy as you are as being identified as one with Christ you are also happy to be identified with all other believers in our Lord.
