My Dear,prayer is the engine of one's life.Without prayer you are dead.To pray on and off is like breathing out only, do you think one can survive.Our life needs watering and thats by praying unceasingly like what the bible said and reading the word of God daily.Make sure you participate in church activities as the saying goes Iron sharpens iron.
