My favorite verse is Philippians 4:6-7:
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.Jesus suffered much pain so that we could know Him and His love. Trust Him that He's working now, too, even in the hardest times, especially in those times... God is good.

- People who suffer from chronic illness and pain -- especially Christians. So many not only struggle with illness but then feel condemned because they should be healed, if only they would pray "right". I have been involved in chat room ministry for close to two years and have found much blessing and that God works thru our illnesses and draws us close to Him. We will one day stand whole and healed before God.
- My story with God
- I became a Christian when I was about 9 thru a Sunday school teacher who had us to her house to watch Billy Graham crusades. As I got older, I found myself with questions I didn't have when I was younger, but thru church and good friends, I was able to get the answers I needed and to grow thru good friends who encouraged me by loving and listening to me.
In more recent years, I've struggled with sleep apnea and low thyroid which make me tired and slow, so it is difficult for me to do the things I want to do -- and the things I need to do. But I've God is there, close to me, helping me, guiding me.

We often find ourselves to busy to stop and say a prayer
when we have a rough day. In this life everything seems like
it has to be accomplished A.S.A.P. So we often forget to
speak to God in prayer about it before we react.
Therefore one must remember that; THE PRAYER OF A
RIGHTEOUS MAN IS POWERFUL AND EFFECTIVE!.
( JAMES 5:16 *NIV ) More powerful and more effective than
anything else on this Earth, even when we must react
As Soon As Possible.
Now friend, have you ever wondered about the
abbreviation A.S.A.P.? Generally we think of it in terms
of even more hurry and stress in our lives. Maybe if we
think of this abbreviation in a different manner, we will
begin to find a new way to deal with those rough days
along the way...
So when.......
There's work to do, deadlines to meet;
You've got no time to spare,
But as you hurry and scurry-
ASAP - ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER
In the midst of family chaos,
"Quality time" is rare.
Do your best; let God do the rest-
