Yes and No.. It is the Holy Spirit who brings people to conviction and repentence... If a heart is open, then great, perhaps they have the ears to hear, if it is a hard heart....then 'no'.. this is where discernment comes in.

- I played drums in school. I palyed bass drum in the marching band and drums in band class, mostly snare , bass. I didn't get much into percussion.Marching band was rough. We competed in a state wide contest at thestate fair and came in second. After high school i didn't paly much but helped various friends in their bands(soundboard mosty)
