- I love Jesus of course, (I mean don't we all :-) ) Music, dancing, good sappy movies, and reading are all things I love. I decided this morning to start reading both parts of the Bible, the Old and New Testaments. I figure reading them both at the same time might just help me understand both of the books better.
- I'm passionate about...
- My faith (although I do still have trouble at times), Jesus, my family, and my animals and lately my new plants too. (An update about my plants, I found out I do not have a green thumb) This desert heat keeps killing them.
- My story with God
- I am a born-again Christian. I was baptized in a pond at church camp when I was about 12 years old but didn't really understand what it meant until a couple years ago. I came from a dark place, but the Lord showed me a better way in my life.
- Other stuff about me:
- I'm about to turn 31 this month and am currently enrolled in college. I'm going for my Associate's Degree in Psychology. I plan on going all the way up to my Master's Degree, God willing. I want to work in the mental health field or in counseling troubled people. I figure that since I know where they are coming from when it comes to suffering from depression that I can hopefully help them.
I also plan on writing Christian books or articles. I love to write. I have written tons of poems. I find that writing is an excellent outlet for the soul. I look foward to making a lot of friends here. God bless! :-)

But now, this is what the Lord says--he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. For I am the Lord, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I give Egypt for your ransom, Cush and Seba in your stead.
I saw a video on Kathleen's page on Isaiah 43. I was so inspired by this vidoe that I had to go to the Bible and write it out for all to see. Thanks a bunch Kathleen! God bless you all. <>< Praise God for His wonderful Word! Thank you Jesus!

Driving forces, pushing me forward.

I am confused in a world of lost but found beginnings.

I am human.
Too much of me wants to be free, someplace in the beautiful clouds,
So pink and blue.
I stand before you and wait.
What do I do?
