Interests:

Help others get to know the Lord better, and to get a closer walk with him, to see them set free from depression, and achieve freedom in Him.I love to lead people into praise and worship and write songs and sing them and play the keyboard. I love to dance with and before the Lord. Sing prophetic songs, watch things from Bethel in Redding, CA like in our ministry school.
I like walking, playing walleyball, swimming, but soaking in God's presence, beats them all, though. I like to spend time with my family and friends. I love chatting on facebook and ministering to other's on there as well as getting awesome ministry contacts too.

I'm passionate about...

I kind of put that down before, I am passionate about my Lord and savior Jesus Christ, the lover of my soul. I love to soak in his presence. It's where I find my joy and peace. I want to see other's set free from depression and religious bondage as I have been. See them healed with signs and wonders, to see heaven come to earth. To bring out the gold in other's as has been done to me. Seeing the lost saved, bodies healed and satan stopped! To see the dead raised and to feed the hungry around the world with not only food but the word as well, I want to do both!!!!

My story with God

I grew up a preacher's kid, I got saved when I was 5 and lived a relatively good Christian life, but was not really "hot" for .him like I should have been. I probably made him have an upset stomach, or so they say in the word. On March 11, 2008 I had a wake-up call and the Lord told my pastor to tell me to get my house in order because I was going to die. In order I did get and quickly. I had thought many times in life I did want to die, but when faced with it actually I found out I so much wanted to live. She did not know if it was just a warning or what but I took it seriously as she had never told anyone that ever before. I did some repenting and some life changes and God had mercy on me and in April of 08 Gil Howard-Browne came to our church, Athens Christian Center, prayed for me and the Lord told me all depression would leave me by month's end and I would start to lose weight. I had been obese for most of my life. I was completly free and full of joy before the month was over and had lost 20 lbs just by soaking in the presence of God, he literally melted me. We watched the Lakeland revival every night that summer at church and danced and soaked then Pastor Kim had a word and prayer about supernatural weight loss and the Lord said I would never be fat again. I took that word and believed it. I lost 9 lbs that week without dieting and continued to lose until I reached a total of 80 lbs weigh loss.
All from just soaking in God's presence (just lying down with soaking or worship music playing softly while I commune with my Lord and love on him and let him love on me. He took the place that I once filled with food, and he replaced it with himself and his awesome presence. Nothing on earth can even come close. I have had some physical problems that have had me on pain medications over the years but no pain pill and no High, is as good as the most High, my God!!
He has set me free!!! Now I want to see other's free!!

Other stuff about me:

I am married to my dairy farmer husband, Jim, for almost 28 years. We have one son, Mark, 22 who is very much into computers, in college.
My beloved mother, Bonnie Markland Campbell passed away in February of this year, 2009 of liver duct cancer. We just found out she had it in December of 08, but thank God she didn't suffer long. She was a very anointed woman of God ,who passed down the mantle and anointing of her ministry to me before she passed, knowing I was in ministry school and that the Lord had prepared me for such a time as this my whole life. The "old" Karen would have been so devastated and lost she may never have found her way back, but thank God he had picked me up and set me free before this happened to her and she saw the changes in me. Mom was an amazing prayer warrior and was blessed to see her prayers answered ,concerning me , before she stepped up to glory. I started dancing withJ esus for her the day she passed and told her about it and that it was okay that she could go if she needed to and to dance with Jesus for me now. I lost my job at the same time as that but I had such amazing joy and peace throughout that time it is hard to describe it. I can only say how amazing my God is. He is definitely the God of the good times and the bad times. His joy is amazing!!!!
