Aglow

The world can be so cold
And the sky so dismal grey
But this flower will never fold
There’s a light that lights my way

The enemy comes to steal
To kill and run me through
But Jesus comes to heal
Making all things new

Darkness comes with sorrow
Like winter comes with snow
But Jesus comes with love
And He sets my heart aglow

His love is like a lighthouse
