I'm not yet 100% sure but I did fast for a week and I did not plan to eat but suddenly I felt a need that I must drink something and It was milk shake only, then I will eat after six. I'm happy so far with my results of fasting and God is g8t.
I stayed for alomost two years not eating meat but for health reasons. I did eat fish only, I was healthy, I guess there's nothing wrong about bn a vegetatian. I guess you have reason why you want to quit meat, search those reasons and I'm sure a ri…

well, I am really glad that you have found this site. One of my greatest loves is South Africa where it has been an object of my prayers. God revealed to me many years ago that here was going to be a mighty revival sweeping the Countries. I have a sense of joy any time I get to speak into some ones life from there.
