My story with God

I HAVE BEEN THRU MANY STRUGGLES IN MY LIFE AND GOD HAS ALWAYS SEEN ME THRU IT.. MY PARENTS DIED 2 MONTHS APART AND I CARED FOR THEM TILL THEY PASSED AND IT WAS ONLY BY THE GRACE OF GOD I SURVIVED IT I WENT DAYS AND NIGHTS WITHOUT SLEEP . I AT TIMES HAD ONE IN ONE HOSPITAL AND ONE IN OTHER AT SAME TIME .. I SAT AT NIGHT WITH ONE AND DAY WITH OTHER AND NO REST.BUT GOD WAS THERE THRU IT ALL WITH ME.. MY PARENTS BOTH HAD LUNG CANCER AND WERE DIAGNOSED A MONTH APART AND PASSED 2 MONTHS APART.. THEN 2 0F MY UNCLES HAD CANCER AND I CARED FOR THEM TO THE END.. AS YEARS WENT BY MY HUSBAND OF 33 YEARS ALSO GOT PANCREATIC CANCER OF WHICH HE ONLY SURVIVED 3 MONTHS AND THRU ALL THIS G0D WAS WITH ME.. ITS BEEN 2 YEARS OF A VERY HARD ROAD FOR ME.. IN NOV OF THIS YEAR I MET A CHRISTIAN GENTLEMAN AND WE FELL IN LOVE.. RIGHT NOW I AM STRUGGLING SPIRITUALLY AND ANY WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. I THANK MUY FRIEND THOM FOR LEADING ME TO THIS SITE .. I THINK MY LORD FOR LEADING ME TO THIS SITE THRU THOM.. GOD BLESS ALL AND I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO MEETING OTHERS ..

Many people keep asking these things:

Yes... The secret of life was already revealed to all of us as written in Josue 1:8
before, i never knew about this because i was totally blinded by the god of this world
1 Cor. 4:3-4--And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
But to those who abide in His Words
remain standing firm, whatever storms in life encounter...
The Word of God ( The Holy Bible ) is the manual of our life...it's difficult to use something like a computer if we don't know how to operate it and not reading the manual of it... same as our life... it will be difficult for us to carry our cross in life if we don't know His words and God's promises...in which can be found only in the bible ... That's why we must read it day and night, meditate His words... for God can also speak to us thru His Words.. and God is the Word itself! Jn. 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
So what is the secret of life that remains secret to others?Joshua 1:8 (Amplified Bible)
1. This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night,
2. that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it.
3. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success.

When we stop reading the bible, spiritual dryness comes...
then when here comes the trouble we can easily be defeated..

Today, as my kids watching Barney's show in TV.. which i saw a puppet show about the 3 little pigs who built their houses... I remember the Parable of the Two Builders ( Mt. 7:24-27 )Amplified Bible
So everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts upon them [obeying them] will be like a [a]sensible (prudent, practical, wise) man who built his house upon the rock.
And the rain fell and the floods came and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock.
And everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not do them will be like a stupid (foolish) man who built his house upon the sand.
And the rain fell and the floods came and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell--and great and complete was the fall of it.
Yes.. truly, Oh Lord, i said that moment that You are my great foundation and the center of my life... Without You, Your Words how could i stand firm... upon reading and meditating your Words, You give me strength to overcome everything.. No matter how many wolves will attack me I am very much secure for I choose to be in the best Foundation, inside this house (my heart and my soul)it's YOU that i put at the Center...

So we must always read the bible,and meditate His Words..for God is giving us wisdom and knowledge, directing us to the right path.And giving us prosperity in all aspect of life.. preparing us to be a victorious Christian!!!

I am a cna fixing to get my LPN license start college in August and I do have a sister that has mental retardation and have volunteered myself at one point and time in my life in Colorado for the Lyons Handicap camp for what you do that is a blessing in its self because they know no better and they don't know how to comprehend to a lot depending on the circumstances so my heart goes out to you dear sister. My sister is this way and she is up in her years right now but she relates back to a five and six year old his some of her ways! Its a blessing to know that you are going in the right path as well. God Bless you dear Barbara and this was my moms name to so you will be in my prayers! :)

At 6:21am on April 17, 2009, Sue said…: Hi friend. It has been forever since I have been in touch. I do apologize. Work and other activities, plus sharing one computer between my husband and I have made getting on line very difficult. But I have time today, we are in the middle of a snow storm and can't get out of the house. They are saying we will get 2+ feet when it ends tomorrow. Not much for some, but it is the most since I moved to the foot of the mountains.

My son turned 4 in December, and my daughter turned one last August. They are getting soo big. I have been busy painting and drawing and ut has been fun. Exhausting, but fun. Well, I wont keep you, but let me know the latest in your life. I would really like to keep in touch with you more,ok??

I lost my parents 2 months apart myself. and I lost my son Michaek in 1995, and now I just buried my Grandmother. she was 101 years old. She out lived all of her family. All she had was her 6 grandchildren. We Loved her dearly. You came to the right place Barb. This site is all about God, and His Love. God lives here with us. He is managing this site Praise God!
