Sis Jeanne, God knows the desires of your heart and as the scripture says in Psalm 37v4 " Seek your happiness in the Lord and He will give you your hearts desire". He already knows what you want but His waiting on you to ask him. Sometimes we so at peace with our circumstances that we accept our lives as it is while God has so much more in store for us, all we have to do is ask.

I've been single all my life and always believed that it's fine, but lately I really feel like I need someone special in my life. But how do I go about this or should I just wait for God to show the way?

I seen alot of beautiful women here, but I find it hard to aproach (not face to face here) a women of God cause they sometimes get the wrong idea. I guess what I am saying is there fear of being rejected. Does anyone here feel me?

I find that loneliness is the hardest thing to be single. I believe we all have a natural yearning to have a partner. The answer I have for myself, and maybe others in the same position, is, take it to the Lord, and then patiently wait on Him. Not always easy, but with the help of the Holy Spirit, we will get through every circumstance. God will provide for us when we feel alone: Psalm 68:5-6 "A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in His holy dwelling. God sets the lonely in families, He leads forth the prisoners with singing; but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land."
