Lately i have began to look at things from a different point of view. There comes a time where alone and single just won't do. Yes its true we all need that special someone who we know we can share our lives with in that special and intimate way. No matter how many nights i have cried or prayed myself to sleep, i still believe that MY GOD IS ABLE. At the right time my husband will show up. The devil is a liar, i will not let him take away my joy in Christ by reminding me how lonely i am. What i believe we must do as single Christian people is to write down of the vision of the partners we want. Character, looks,vision etc. All that we know we look forward to get from our partners. Then we present our ist to God prayerfully..... His word says in 2 John 5 vs 14-15 " Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him." We then need to thank God for delivering our partners into our lives. That is faith. Thanking God for things hoped for.. Our God calls things that are not as if they already are... So celebrate for your partner who is on the way.

Bellasonus, we have to trust that God knows best. A friend told me this week that I must remember that I don't have to go looking for love, God will send him to me. The waiting is tough because loneliness can really get you down. But yeah God's time is not our time....

I have been rejected by some single women in my Church and I know it's not me coming on strong but just as a friend. I don't know what to do or even say, or is this it for me as a single dad, will the Lord keep me this way? It gets very lonley.

Greetings all you dear single people! I´m one as well. Also waiting on the Lord to open the way for that special one to cross my path. Havent been here for a while. Want to share a good quote I saw the other day. 'To live a good life, you need to be a good person. To live a great life, you must serve a great God.'Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know. Jer 33:3 May He bless you all with love, health, joy and peace.
