I am reading The Beloved Disciple John by Beth Moore for my Bible Study and I have realy enjoyed learning more about Apostle John and his close relationship with Christ. I've taken her bible studies Believing God and they rre awesome. A great Christian Novelist I enjoy is Jan Karon and her Mitford Series there are about 12 books in the series and I read them all you can't put them down.

I am looking to read more real life stories of how God has worked in peoples lives to bring them closer to him.... woman esp.
I have recently bought the book "lies woman believe" and captivating

I read the book 'Pilgrims Progress' a couple of times a year because it helps me keep my focus when things get confusing. I have been doing this for several years now and am blesed each time I read it.

I have just finished a yearlong devotional by Oswald Chambers. It's call ' My Uttmost for Hiis Highest ' . It was very beneficial but there wer several days entries that I just could not understand what he was talking about. Overall it was excellant. I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion for another devotional. I do a lot of bible studying but I like something to help get me in a good spirit every morning. Suggestions appreciated.

I second reading The Atonement Child. It was very good.
Also, if you like science fiction you should check out C.S. Lewis' Space Trilogy.

Have you heard about generational curses? If you have, wouldn't you want to know whether there is Scriptural basis for the idea?
