Funny this should come up today. I actually just had a big disagreement with a fellow christian. I felt as though she was belittling me everychance she got. She would make public comments about my appearace, my eating habits, etc. I let it all go with out dealing with it. The other day though, she made a comment about my daughter. That was it, I confronted her on that comment and all the previous ones. The confrontation actually came through email and her response was not what I expected. She said "sorry if I offended you, have a good night. " Now, I had just told her all the things that were hurting me and I felt like she was saying, "who cares." Then I got today's lesson... boy does God have a sense of humor! Needless to say, tonight at church, she came to me and we resolved the issues peacefully and because of it, God was able to reveal some of my own insecurities. He uses all things for good!
