I just wrote a blog with a simular subject. Obama wasnt the focus, but we were discussing the end times. If you read in The Revelation, it talks about the great tribulation. My guess is that we are in the beginning of it. Many things he stands for is looking closer to world peace, he talks about having meetings with all the leaders of faiths in the world. That is the one world order. But do not fear, or be dissapointed in who the people chose as president. God is ALWAYS in control. He can used the evil and wicked of this world for good. It talks about how the great tribulation will bring MANY to salvation. All things must come to pass before we can have the new earth. " The New Kingdom " It says in revelation: Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. Maybe you would like to comment on our disscussion, The election and the current state of our country. I hope you have a great day in the Lord and I hope that eases your worries about the election. Obama may be not a Christian and he might lead our country in the wrong direction, but God is in total control, even if it doesn't look like it, trust me He is in control. Let us follow Jesus Christ with all our heart and soul, let us pray for our country, let's be a testimony to others by our lives and let us do God's might work through Jesus Christ. Have no fear for He is with us till the end, and He is the end. Praise the Lord!!!

Also let us not Condemn Obama. Even though Obama claims he is a "Christian" he believes that all roads lead to heaven which of course is not true. But let us not sit back and condemn him for everything he does. Let's pray that God will show him Truth and that the Truth will guide him in the decisions he makes for this country.

Great point Justin.....condemning him will do absolutely no good. Through God's will or allowance Obama is our leader and we must pray that he will be a good one through the will of God. Hearts and lives can be changed through prayer for God's will to be done. Decisions can be influenced by God through the prayers of His children. As Jake said God IS in control. Through the ages He has made examples of rulers and leaders....nations have been born; some have prospered some have fallen,some have been completely destroyed.....God IS in control no matter how much we like to think we are....Obama may lead the country in theory but in reality he does NOTHING without the will or the allowance of God for the purpose of His plan.

yes everyone has such good points all i can do is add this scripture to further concrete that we have no need to fear because God is in ULTIMATE control and His will prevails period

God is the authority and its not going down unless it is in His plan and even then we have no worry because Jesus is coming back to save all of us from these evil world.
