Who is a good person and who is a bad person or i am a good or bad , we can test other or our self
through our fruits or others fruit . Bible says in Matt. 7:16-20 ' Ye shall know them by their fruits.........
Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit, but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit........Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.So bible says in Gal.5:16 -26 ....Walk in the spirit and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh................verse 22 says But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness(kindness), goodness, faith(faithfullness) verse 23 Meekness, temperance. Remember GOD is searching our heart and HE knows every thing.
There is a similar test on http://www.wayofthemaster.com - which I highly recommend. I also suggest watching some of the videos and other multimedia/interactive material available on it.
I believe this is an effective approach when it comes to evangelizing friends and colleagues, and is exactly the technique Jesus used on multiple occasions. Perhaps most notable is his experience with the Samaritan woman beside the well (see John 4).
Jesus, in this passage, initiates the conversation by asking for something within the natural realm - some water to drink from the well. He then makes a deliberate shift from the natural realm to the spiritual by making reference to the fact that if she knew who she was talking to, she would have asked for living water. He goes on to bring her face to face with God's perfect law, and exposes the fact that she is living in sin. He chooses his words carefully in order to invoke the woman's conscience, but doing so with gentleness and respect (as in 1 Peter 3:15). He concludes by sharing with her the good news of why he has come.
This is indeed a very good approach to evangelizing friends and colleagues. I admit a special connection to the work of Kirk Cameron since I recall watching him in the "Growing Pains" sitcom years ago. Ray Comfort's and Kirk Cameron's approach is quite genuine and as you point out, it does a really good job of following the approach Jesus took while using a modern-day approach to conversation.
