Just believing in God won't get you into heaven remember even satan believes in God and every demon in hell also believes in God because they were their with Him before they fell out of grace

being baptised won't get anyone in heaven, John 3:16 says that for whom so ever, and that means you have to make a personal relationship with the Lord jesus Christ because it is by grace we are saved and not by good works or baptisim,
if a person ask jesus into his/her life and admits they are a sinner and doesn't deserve to go to heaven and invites Him to be their Lord and Saviour and repent of their sins and are sorry for them then and only then will you be saved or born again.

God's grace is popular,but His wrath is not.The message of the cross is nonsense to those who are being destroyed,but it is god power to us who are being saved.Read the book the coin of the temple by souheil bayoud,(a real story) there you will see a genuine repentance,the power of the cross and the true miracle of the blood on that good friday in Jerusalem.That is why it is better to fear today and not on that day.God bless you all.
